"AWAX-DIA" Ltd is a company with long tradition. We render complex services concerning sharpening, recovering and manufacturing cutting diamond tools.

Thanks to use of the latest technology, the tools we manufacture are characterized with: high quality, precision and - when compared to the old tools made of sintered carbide (HSS, HM) - much greater productivity and endurance.

In our offer one can find pin mills (parametry on sale) and profile mills, straight mills, saw discs, that we manufacture to orders, and tools for cutting non-ferrous metals and other widely applicable in today's industry materials. We regularly and complexly equip solitary machines as all technology lines with the cutting diamond mills.

Apart from selling we offer sharpening and recovering all types of cutting diamond tools used in furniture production, floor and wall boards, post forming, workshop desktops and heavy machinery industry - tools for cutting engine heads, pistons, rims etc. To sharpen the tools we employ up-to-date technology, devices of the latest generations and such methods as electro erosion method and linishing. Numerically controlled machines enable to achieve high accuracy and faultless repeatability of sharpening - profile - which ensure long and effective work of a tool and preservation of repeatability of the final product.

Before each and every sharpened tool is about to leave the plant its balance and stability is checked. To avoid any mistakes in measuring the tool before the sharpening process starts all the tools are cleaned in special ultrasonic wash.
